1. Service Description

Track My Domains lets you track domain name expiration dates, manage domain portfolios, and receive renewal reminders. We do not sell, register, or manage domain names.

2. Accounts

You may sign in using Apple or Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.

3. Subscriptions

Track My Domains Pro is available as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Prices may vary by region and are displayed in the App before purchase.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure
• Use automated means to scrape data from the App
• Impersonate another person or entity

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Kacper Kwapisz and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your domain data remains yours.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Domain data is stored locally on your device and may be synced to our servers if you sign in.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that domain expiration data is accurate or up to date. You should always verify critical dates with your domain registrar.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kacper Kwapisz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of domain names due to missed renewals.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for conduct that violates these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Active subscriptions can still be cancelled through Apple.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Germany.
